Dimension Tolerance: Mass-produced items may have a measurement tolerance of ±0.3mm; this does not constitute a quality defect.

Replacement for Damaged Items: If you receive cracked or deformed beads, provide actual photos of the damage for a free replacement;

Disinfection Instructions: For first-time use, we recommend boiling in water for 3–5 minutes to disinfect, then air-drying in a cool, shaded area;

We do not accept returns or exchanges for individual beads. Returns or exchanges for unopened, full bags may be negotiated.
